About the platform

mesterul.md is an online directory that promotes services offered by tradespeople and other professionals. The platform is not an online shop and does not process payments between users.

mesterul.md helps people seeking services connect with professionals who post listings, without becoming a party to any agreement between them.

User accounts

• A valid account is required to post and manage listings.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity through your account, including published content.
• You must provide genuine, accurate, and current information.

Posting listings

• All new or edited listings are reviewed before publication.
• Listings must comply with the rules on the Listing Rules page.
• By publishing a listing, you confirm that you have the right to use the uploaded text and images and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
• False, misleading, or unlawful listings, excessive duplicates, and content that may harm users or the platform’s reputation are prohibited.

Moderation and enforcement

Administrators and moderators may approve or reject listings, edit administrative elements, limit visibility, or deactivate listings and accounts that breach these terms, platform rules, or applicable law.

mesterul.md may request additional information before approving a listing.

Relationships between users

Agreements, negotiations, and the performance of services take place solely between the customer and the professional. mesterul.md does not guarantee completion, service quality, price, delivery time, or either party’s conduct.

Intellectual property

The design, logo, website structure, platform text, and technical elements belong to mesterul.md or its partners. Copying, distributing, or reusing them without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

• mesterul.md is not responsible for content published by users.
• mesterul.md is not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
• The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors.

Suspension or termination of access

We may suspend or close account access for repeated breaches, attempted fraud, abusive use, or at the request of competent authorities.

Advertising, analytics, and third-party services

The platform may use third-party services for traffic analytics, security, communications, and advertising. Their use is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms
